5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirement and validity period.

5.3 Cashback

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated at a set rate on the week's net loss. For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳100 cashback at a rate of 0.5%.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

Slots, live casino, sports betting, and other games are available on the tk10 crane platform. Each game operates according to its provider's own rules and RTP. Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).

6.2 Technical Errors
